February 1-6, 7-12 2016

January review notes ... Glory knows her alphabet, sounds, upper and lower case (recognition and writing). Glory has completed pre-school and kindergarten jumpstart disks and work books. Glory has completed level pre-school and kindergarten bob books. Glory has completed level pre-school and kindergarten on starfall.com and Abcmouse.com. Glory can write the alphabet upper and lower case and can write simple words spoken to her and even some big words by sounding them out in her head. She can write simple short letters to friends (thank you cards, penpal letters) Glory can add and subtract using her fingers and manipulatives.Glory has basic understanding of fractions and times (multiplication) Glory knows how to use a calculator. Glory has completed grade 1 of prodigy math (including telling time (digital and not) as well as greater than/less than/ equal to as well as word problems and money counting basics. Glory is also doing well in her class at wetlands institute, in her co-ops, therapies, basic maps, and has memorized her phone number.
