Almost October?!?!

When did that happen? September flew by. Only 2 days until October!
Well here is how we spent September .....


 Our Mantis friends sure have gotten big!

We are so excited fall is finally here and its almost halloween month! 
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~



Glory caught a bug at the children's museum when we were there for her play. Well,
we all got sick. But instead of Glory getting fever, sore throat, ear infection, or pnemonia like me
and John and our friends who went with us.. she got bad tics and loss use of her legs
consistently again. She says it feels like she is walking on spaghetti noodles. 
Her immunologist put her on an extended dose of Azithromycin. Although
she is improving its slow and she is having a rough time although
trying not to show it. Thank goodness for special needs sports
because she can still participate even in a wheel chair and when weaning off of it.
(update - as of 10/2/19 she no longer needs her wheelchair and is walking fine

 Glory LOVES cheer ... 
especially the kingsway Dragons games!  Her topsports team has been
cheering at different schools every friday evening and she LOVES IT!

Even though Glory has been having leg problems she hasn't missed a cheer game
or soccer practice every Saturday morning. She LOVES her TopSports team.
She even walked back to the car today after practice without her chair !!! WHOOT!

Glory has told us she is 'Gender Fluid' ... so we took her clothes shopping and she picked a bunch of new clothes that fit her better how she feels on the inside.

We tried to find a peer support group for chronic illness. Like this example.
We have been searching for about 6 months, we finally found a 'building' for such 
a group but no other kids showed up .. hopefully in the future
when the word gets out more it will become a thing. 
The directors are lovely people. They just have mostly kids
for older ages and not the younger ages.
